Reads the signals your presses and systems already send.

From walk-through
to live model.

01

We map your floor.

Presses with their tonnage and tie-bar gap, moulds with their cavities and shot counts, robots, dryers and the QC table — placed where they stand, by our engineers or your own team with the Cystems app.

02

You get a live workspace.

Shot counters, hourly sheets and your ERP feed the model, so it runs on your real cycle times, rejects and changeovers. One private workspace for the whole plant, with every user included.

03

You see the next month.

A new 8-cavity tool, a switch to ABS, a third shift or a bigger press — run it on the model and see the week it gives you, and the one station that holds it back.

Run the next mould
before it ships.

Tell the model a new tool is coming and it plays a full week of moulding, picking, inspection, printing and packing with it. The step that saturates first is your new bottleneck — and the fix comes with what it is worth.

    Meet Cy.
A process engineer on every shift.

Cy reads your drawings, process sheets, scrap codes and shot counters and answers from the live model — why press 4 slowed, which mould is due for service, what a dark-to-light change will cost. It runs on servers you choose.

    What one plant learns,
    every plant knows.

When a tool starts flashing at one site, its sister moulds at every other site are watched for the same signs. Settings, fixes and changeover tricks travel with the mould, not with the person who found them.

    Lay out the next plant
    before the floor is poured.

Press bays by tonnage, the mould store by crane reach, the dryer room on the resin route. Run a month of your order book through it and move walls on screen, not on site.

    Case study

    Star Enterprises,
    Ludhiana.

An injection moulding plant making two-wheeler and cycle parts, tool sleeves and chain covers for 25 customers. Before Cystems the plant ran on a product master workbook, a printed hourly report and a separate billing register — three versions of the same parts, none of them connected to the presses.

    • One master. Every part, mould, bill of materials and raw material from the plant's own Product Master brought into one model, with each part linked to the mould and press it runs on.
    • The floor's own language. The plant's A–M rejection codes and 1–11 idle codes, exactly as printed on its hourly report, are what operators pick from — so nothing had to be relearned.
    • Presses that know their moulds. Each mould is checked against each press's clamp force before a job is released, across a floor that runs from 75 to 350 tonnes.
    • Books that agree. Six months of sales registers reconciled line by line against the master.

    What the reconciliation found
    ₹3.06 lakh

of GST that would have been over-charged. The old master put 34 cycle parts under HSN 87141090 at 18%; the plant's own books bill them at 5%, on ₹23.5 lakh of sales. Caught before a single invoice went out.
